YeboCloud’s Systems Monitor includes over 100 monitoring types for all common network services, including up-/downtime monitoring, traffic and usage monitoring, SNMP, NetFlow, packet sniffing, Ping, HTTP, SMTP, POP3, FTP, Exchange, SQL. It provides full support for VMware, HyperV, Windows, Linux and other operating systems.

As soon as outages occur the system will alert you by sending e-Mails, SMSs or other notifications. Utilisation and downtimes are constantly recorded in a database, allowing you to view detailed performance, uptime, and SLA reports at any time, and at any place.

Remote Assistance

This is a service with which an IT technician can access your PC, laptop, or mobile device from his/her machine and solve problems without having to physically drive to you to deal with it. It speeds up the resolution of problems tremendously and reduces service costs.

We can offer this service to you, or set it up so that your technicians can remotely assist your users. The service works for Windows, Linux, Mac and other environments and connects via the Internet or any other link in less than 30 seconds.

It enables you to view and remotely control the users’ workstation, you can transfer files and folders in an instant, as well as give visual pointers to instruct the user in real time. To make a support session more personal, both the user and the support engineer can switch to a secure audio and video communication.
